Some International orders, have been experiencing heavy delays with shipments due to COVID 19. Our postal carrier has informed us that due to flight restrictions and reduced staffing, international packages can take 1 week before entering the domestic country.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be able to track your order. You can also find the link to the ‘Track Your Order’ page in your account.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept: PayPal, Afterpay, Strip, Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and American Express.


To which countries do you ship?

We ship Worldwide. Some countries will take longer than others

What are the shipping costs?

Shipp costs will depend on the product, as glass products can be more expensive to ship. We offer FREE Shipping on some products and as little as $5-$10 on others.

What is the delivery time for my order?

On average it can be between 10-45 days depending on your location. 

I only received part of my order?

In order to keep the shipping time as short as possible, we ship products that can be processed faster separately from the other products.

My tracking page is not showing any updates?

Depending on the shipping option, it may take the shipping carrier up to 48 hours to update the tracking number.

What are the return conditions?

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it.

How can I return my order?

If you wish to return your product, please contact us with your order number. Check the Refund Policy page for more information

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 7 days after receiving.


My item arrived broken, what now?

Due to our firm packaging it may be unlikely for items to arrive broken. However, if this the case, please contact us, so our team can get a further investigation case opened.

I have emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?

For email, expect a response within 24-48 hours from our representatives. Our representatives are available 5 days per week.

My payment failed, what should I do?

This may have different reasons, such as failed security check, insufficient funds or a block on foreign payments. Please try again later or reach out to our customer support team for more information
